Erynn returned to Little Falls after several years in NYC where she earned her degree from Columbia University while employed by the Teachers College at Columbia. During that time, Erynn provided academic administrative support to the Behavioral Sciences department. Upon returning to CNY, she continued her work in the education industry by serving SUNY Polytechnic Institute. In 2025, she joined the English Department as a teacher for the Little Falls City School District.

Having grown up in a small community, she feels it is a perfect fit to raise her daughter here. And Erynn feels it is important she help improve the condition and health of our community, thus her passion to promote awareness and support for LGBTQIA+ youth.

As a Certified Mandated Reporter with her certification in Youth Mental Health First Aid, Erynn has also volunteered with Connected Community Schools in area districts to hold similar meetings within the schools. 

Erynn also owns the Renaissance Pub located downtown Little Falls.
